Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Karanista mobile application (the "Service") operated by Barakians Technologies Limited ("Us", "We", or "Our").
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.
Service Plans: Karanista is a subscription-based Service. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Third-Party Processor: All payments are processed through Selcom Paytech. By subscribing, you agree to Selcom’s terms of service and secure processing protocols.
Management of Subscription: Users may manage their subscriptions, view billing history, or request account deactivation at any time via the "Account Settings" within the Application or by contacting our support team at info@barakians.com.
Prevention of Double Payment: Our system is technically engineered to prevent duplicate transactions. Users cannot initiate a second payment for an active subscription period, ensuring no accidental overcharges occur.
Finality of Sale: All subscription payments made to Barakians Technologies Limited are final and non-refundable.
Technical Justification: Due to the digital nature of the SaaS (Software as a Service) and the automated technical safeguards in place to prevent accidental or double payments, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated.
Service Commitment: If You experience technical difficulties, our technical team is committed to resolving the issue to ensure your business operations continue smoothly. Please contact support@barakians.com for assistance.
Data Analysis: You acknowledge that Karanista analyzes your transaction history to build Business Performance Profiles.
Internal Use: Currently, these profiles and digital health scores are for your internal business tracking only. We are not a lending institution and do not provide loans directly at this time.
When You create an account, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password.
You may not use the Service for any illegal financial activities, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or fraudulent sales reporting. We reserve the right to terminate accounts suspected of illegal activity without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Tanzania, Barakians Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, resulting from Your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
