Business and Financial Data: As a Point of Sale (POS) and business management tool, we collect data necessary for your operations, including sale amounts, payment methods (Cash/Mobile Money), transaction timestamps, and inventory stock levels.
Subscription Payment Data: For paid subscription plans, we use the third-party payment gateway Selcom Paytech. When you subscribe, you are redirected to a secure Selcom environment. We do not store or collect your bank card numbers or mobile money PINs; this information is handled exclusively by Selcom.
Information Collected while Using the Application With Your prior permission, We may access:
Pictures and Camera Access: To scan product barcodes and upload images to your inventory.
Push Notifications: To send you transaction alerts, subscription reminders, and business performance insights.
Contact Information: To facilitate sending digital receipts to your customers.
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service: Including processing sales and managing Your Account registration.
Business Analytics and Profiling: We analyze your transaction history to provide you with Business Performance Insights and Financial Health Profiles within the Application to help you track growth.
To manage Subscription Payments: To verify your payment status via Selcom and ensure uninterrupted access to premium features.
To contact You: Regarding updates, security alerts, or informative communications related to the Service.
Sharing with Third Parties: We share necessary transaction data with Selcom Paytech to process your subscription payments and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Account Deletion: You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected. You may do this via the "Delete Account" link on our website or within the app settings.
Legal Retention: We retain financial data as required by Tanzanian law for tax and reporting purposes.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
