At Barakians Technologies Limited, we are committed to providing a high-quality business management experience through the Karanista application. Because our Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, we maintain a strict policy regarding payments.
All subscription payments made for the Karanista Service are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated and access to the premium features is granted, we do not offer pro-rated refunds or cancellations for the remaining billing period.
Our payment system, integrated with Selcom Paytech, is specifically engineered with automated technical safeguards to protect our users.
Double Payment Prevention: The system is designed to prevent duplicate transactions. Users are restricted from initiating a second payment for an active subscription period, effectively eliminating accidental overcharges or "mistake" payments.
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are 100% committed to your business success.
If You experience bugs, account access issues, or technical difficulties with the Application, our technical team will prioritize your case to ensure a resolution.
In the rare event of a prolonged service interruption caused by our infrastructure, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription extension as a gesture of goodwill.
Users can manage their subscription status or request account deactivation at any time via the Account Settings within the Karanista app or by contacting us directly. Deactivation will stop future billing cycles but will not result in a refund for the current active period.
